Terms of Service

Welcome to Secret City Games. By using secretcity.games or purchasing from Secret City LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

Store and products

We sell toys, games, and hobby products in-store at 108 Longview Dr, White Rock, NM 87547 and online at secretcity.games. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable New Mexico gross receipts tax is collected on taxable sales. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Pickup, shipping, and risk of loss

In-store pickup orders are held for 14 days unless otherwise arranged. For shipped orders, risk of loss passes to the carrier on our delivery to the carrier; tracking is provided where available.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our posted return policy. Collectible and sealed trading-card products may be exempt from return once opened.

Used and collectible items

Some items are pre-owned or collectible and sold as described. Condition notes are provided in good faith; used items are sold as-is except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners. Site content may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secret City LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
